Each month we’ll send you a shopping assignment by email. We have opportunities to shop credit unions in person, by phone, and online.
We’ll ask you to evaluate experiences such as completing a teller transaction, opening an account or asking about loans and rates. After your shop, you’ll go online to submit your feedback.
As an independent contractor, you’ll have the flexibility to choose when you shop during the month and which assignment you complete.
